HR Chally Group conducted a study of sales people as a whole they discovered that 94% of all sales are made by 4% of sales people. At Greensprings Solutions we have nicknamed these top performers 4%ers. If you are managing a sales force, we think you would agree that it would change the effectiveness of any sales force markedly by just adding one more 4%er to the team.
We pride ourselves in being able to seek and find 4%ers who, because of their successful nature, are not actively searching for a new job. These “passive candidates” are not the candidates you can find yourself without a lot of effort.
